By purchasing tickets from Anuroop Event Management (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. General Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in circumstances expressly stated below.
  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and service fees are non-refundable.

3. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Anuroop Event Management:

  • Eligible ticket holders may receive a refund of the base ticket price.
  • Refund timelines will typically be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Payment processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Your ticket may remain valid for the new date.
  • Refunds may or may not be provided, depending on the decision of the event organizer.
  • Any refund (if applicable) will follow the same refund process mentioned above.

5. Change in Lineup, Venue, or Schedule

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify artist lineup
  • Change event timing
  • Change venue within the same city

Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.


6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made a duplicate booking:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refund requests after this period may not be entertained.
  • Approval is subject to verification and at the Company’s discretion.

7. Failed Transactions

If payment is debited but ticket confirmation is not received:

  • Please contact us immediately with transaction details.
  • If payment is received but booking fails, we will either:
    • Confirm your booking, or
    • Initiate a refund

All payments are processed through Razorpay, and refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway and banking system.


8. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend the event
  • Late arrival
  • Denied entry due to non-compliance with event rules

9. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Law and order issues
  • Artist cancellation due to emergency

Refunds in such cases will be handled at the sole discretion of the Company.


10. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–14 working days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method
  • Bank processing time may vary

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
