These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.anuroopeventmanagement.com (“Website”) and the purchase of event tickets from Anuroop Event Management (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing this Website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are subject to availability.
  • Tickets once purchased may not be refundable unless specifically stated.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
  • The ticket holder must provide accurate personal details at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Ticket prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Additional charges such as convenience fees or taxes may apply.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

If payment fails but amount is debited, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the payment gateway’s standard timeline.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise mentioned on the specific event page.
  • In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refund terms will be communicated separately.
  • In case of event postponement, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–10 working days.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

Anuroop Event Management reserves the right to:

  • Change event date, venue, timing, or lineup.
  • Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, force majeure, artist cancellation, safety concerns).

In such cases, refund or transfer policies will be decided at the Company’s discretion.

6. Entry & Admission

  • Entry may be denied without valid ticket confirmation.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required at entry.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
  • Re-entry policy (if any) will be mentioned on the event page.

7. Code of Conduct

By attending an event, you agree:

  • To behave responsibly and respectfully.
  • Not to engage in illegal activities.
  • Not to bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials).
  • To comply with venue rules and local laws.

Violation may result in removal without refund.

8. Age Restrictions

Certain events may have age restrictions.

Attendees must meet the minimum age requirement mentioned on the event page.

Valid ID proof may be required.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Company is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the event.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Media & Photography

By attending our events, you consent to:

  • Photography
  • Videography
  • Live streaming

Images or videos may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

11. Website Use

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the Website.
  • Not to attempt hacking, fraud, or unauthorized access.
  • Not to reproduce website content without permission.

12. Intellectual Property

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Pandemic situations
  • Artist cancellations
  • Technical failures

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to Terms

Anuroop Event Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
